This brought back a horrible memory from my days in Louisville. There was a medical quad (a brittle bone disease) who did local carrier work on Frankfort Rd under the name "ZipCrip"...one day his chair got lodged in the coffeeshop door, and the straps that held him in broke...he fell to the floor and died from his injuries...
I just hope this guy slaps the police with a MAJOR LAWSUIT and wins some BEAUCOUP BUCKS. That was COMPLETELY INACUSABLE.
