Ok.. So I just finnished watching Bear Cub. Now I feel sick, and sad, Y no me puedo parar a pensar en castillano.



I liked it a lot, but I thought the end was rushed and contrived a bit. The characters were so well developed and then BAM.. It just started to feel like the script was sick of itself and just wanted to be over.

Yeah, that expresses well the feeling I had at the end. So many threads that were just left hanging. My partner claims that's just foreign cinema, but I'd rather have more of those threads brought to conclusion.

But I lived in Spain for close to two years (Ok, so I was a teenager) and I love Spanish cinema and I can't say that the ending was typical of Spanish cinema. While it is true that the Spanish don't seem to need concrete happy or sad endings like we seem to (meaning vauge or neither/nor endings are generally accepted), they still don't feel rushed like this one did.

I haven't seen the movie yet but if what you say is true, I will have problems with it. I like nice neat ends.

let's play it's a small world. one of my friends was at Lazy Bear....any chance you know of met someone named Free (aka martin) who was camping in a group called kula kubs? he's Pacific Islander with british accent.

i know there were a lot of people there, but given my world, i have to ask.
