I opened my journal and it was on the default theme.. I had to go and change it back.. Wierd...

ANywho.. I am feeling SO much better today...It's odd.. I don't even really understand what had me so damn spun out yesturday. My feelings get all wierd, I deal with them, then I think clearer.. Then I look back and go "Whaaaaat??". It feels a bit like waking up after a big drunk and having that cringe-oh-my-gawd-I-can't-believe-I-Did/said/screwed-that except I have a clear memory of it all.. Weee.. LOL

A good friend of mine reminded me today that feeling don't kill you, they just sometimes make you wish you were dead.

I'm so glad you're feeling better! As painful as it is, it's probably healthy if these feelings come out once in awhile, since you feel much better the following day. (Unfortunately, while you're dealing with the negative feelings, it's hard to put them in perspective & think, "Well, this'll pass, & I'll probably feel better tomorrow.")

Getting it all out of your system (by writing about it) probably helped. It usually does for me. I see LJ as my own type of therapy.
