Come on!!!
May. 20th, 2008 09:52 amI am not a fan of Hillary, but my objections are related to political stance on issues, not because she's an "Uppity woman." The Hilary Clinton Nutcracker is not political parody, it's misogyny and it has no place in politics.
We really need to be careful. The passion of left this election year is a wonderous and beautiful thing, but let's not let them use our passion to whip up some sort of mob-like anger that will only serve to tear us apart and make us easy to beat. It is time to unify, not divide. And it is never time to hate. That's their job.

Date: 2008-05-21 11:51 pm (UTC)Hillary has mentally "flipped" and is walking down a flight of stairs - much like that Psychotic chick on the black n' white film, "Sunset Boulevard"...

Date: 2008-05-22 03:00 am (UTC)I'm tired of the belief that voting for one of the Democratic candidates implies a rejection of the other. I voted for Obama. I did not vote against Clinton. In the three months since then, I'm completely over her and weary of the desperation tactics, to the point that if I voted now, it would be both for Obama and against Clinton. But it wouldn't be because she's a woman; it would be because she's lost my enthusiasm and goodwill.
