Enchiladas from sratch with Queso Oaxaca. And I mean from SCRATCH.. I am making the tortillas by hand... Cuz I am just that gay.
Frijoles. Also from scratch WITH NO MEAT OR MEAT STOCK OR BULLION OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSELY RESEMBLING ANIMAL FLESH, SO RELAX, YOU VEGETARIAN WIERDO. (I myself did NOT claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat vegetables.. But I will refrain from eating flesh this evening.. I hope I survive.)
Rice
Guacamole
Pan Blanco Con Queso Fresco y Membrillo
Pan Dulce for desert.
And Aqua De Jamica.
