Thanks for the great discussion tonight, Steve. Reading this blog post reminded me--I especially appreciated the analogy of us as interpreters being the ramp. Most of the time there's not a lot we can do about that, but even just being aware of it is important, I think. And like you said, we can be sure not to be the bouncers!
