Just another day in paradise..

Staying home from work today... My legs are not really working at all... LOL...I have one dose of Betaferon left, then I have to stop for at least a month.. I am saving it until I can't stand this anymore....Looks like I am gonna be back in the chair for a few weeks.. Grrrrr... Right in time for the holidays.. The good news is, If any of you wanna take me Holiday shopping with you, I make an effective crowd plow... LOL.. Just roll me right thru.. crowds part like the red sea...

Hell on wheels...

So I went out and got a stupid rental chair.. Actually, it's not a bad one.. The nice lady at the medical supply saw my insurance info and said "Ew.. He**th Net." She ended up giving me an ultra light weight for the price of a regular hospital chair, which is the only one my insurance will cover... So.. Now I just have to wait to get re-imbursed.. Should be about 6 to 8 weeks..By that time, I'll be up and about again..LOL.. I think I am going to have to break down and buy one. Bleh... Sir says we sould have a fund raiser for it.. "Buy Steve wheels" or something like that... MAybe we could think of some fun games for the event... Like Wheelchair bondage..LOL

I also bought a new cane.. I wanted one with a sword in it, but they didn't have any!!! Can you belive that?? Nor did they have any purple ones.. I am going to see if I can get away with the cane at work instead of the stupidchair.. That would be so much better...

The dogs think the chair is a monster and are barking at it as it sits in the kitchen right now..LOL
